Welcome to Tanzania! Upon your arrival at the airport, a representative from Tanzania Wildcats Safari will be there to greet you and transport you to your accommodation in Arusha. Take this day to relax and prepare yourself for the incredible safari adventure that awaits you.

After a delicious breakfast at your accommodation, your knowledgeable guide from Tanzania Wildcats Safari will pick you up for the start of your safari journey. Today, we will drive to Tarangire National Park. The park is named after the Tarangire River, which serves as a vital water source for wildlife during the dry season. Get ready to witness the majestic elephant families, giraffes, bushbuck, and hartebeest that roam this park. Keep your eyes peeled for predators like lions and leopards, as well as a plethora of bird species. The ancient baobab trees will leave you in awe. Enjoy a delightful picnic lunch inside the park and then head to your accommodation in Karatu.

After breakfast, continue your adventure as you journey towards the renowned Ngorongoro Crater. Along the way, you will be enthralled by more spectacular scenery. The Ngorongoro Crater is also your best chance to catch a glimpse of the endangered black rhino. The drive down and up the crater walls is an adventure in itself. After spending a full afternoon exploring, return to your accommodation in Karatu for a well-deserved rest.
