Zanzibar that gives back
Zanzibar’s reefs and forests are as fragile as they are beautiful. When we plan your days on the island, we favour experiences that respect them: snorkelling in the protected Mnemba Island Marine Conservation Area, dolphin trips where boats keep their distance and never chase the animals, and a visit to Jozani Chwaka Bay National Park to see the Zanzibar red colobus, a monkey found nowhere else in the world.
Safari and beach
Zanzibar is a short flight from Arusha, the Serengeti and Kilimanjaro, so it is easy to end a safari or a climb with a few days by the sea. Our 11-Day Tanzania Safari & Zanzibar Beach Escape combines both, or we can add Zanzibar to any trip.
Good to know: you need travel insurance, and most hotels charge a small Zanzibar infrastructure tax per night.
